Stephanie Ruby combines extensive experience in corporate law and governance with healthcare law. She focuses her practice on the corporate, transactional, and regulatory aspects of health care law, including private equity physician practice management arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and state corporate practice of medicine issues.

Prior to joining Athene Law, Stephanie was an in-house attorney at Amazon One Medical, supporting management of One Medical’s professional entities, acquisition transactions, and select clinical matters and commercial transactions. Before joining One Medical, she served as counsel at Verity Health System, a nonprofit health system that operated hospitals throughout California.

Stephanie spent the first seven years of her career as a corporate and securities associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, advising technology clients on mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, and corporate governance matters.
