Outside Counsel Representation

All healthcare providers should have a regular source of legal counsel.  Some providers that are too small to support a full time equivalent general counsel select outside counsel to assist the organization on a regular basis as outside general counsel.  An outside general counsel providers provides access to broader industry insight, balanced with familiarity with individual provider organizations.
